MGISS are seeking an IT/Cloud Systems Administrator with experience in Azure, Office 365 & MDM to provide technical support and assistance to our team and customers.

Role Overview

The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining software, hardware and cloud infrastructure, as well as resolving technical issues that arise. This is a junior position, reporting to the Operations Director, with plenty of scope for growth within the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions
  • Assist employees with software and hardware issues
  • Manage user accounts and permissions in Office 365
  • Deploy and manage Mobile Device Management
  • Maintain and update Azure cloud infrastructure
  • Manage backups and disaster recovery procedures
  • Work with the wider team including sales and marketing our customer relationship management system HubSpot
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 27001 & CyberEssentials standards
  • Collaborate with the IT team to implement new technology solutions

Required/Preferred skills:

  • Degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in IT support
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows OS and server platforms
  • Experience with SaaS / Rest API integration using products such as Zapier & Make (Preferred)
  • Experience with Azure, Office 365, (MS Certifications preferred)
  • Understanding of ISO 27001 & Cyber Essentials compliance (Preferred)
  • Experience with Active Directory and Group Policy (Preferred)
  • Experience with networking and security protocols (Preferred)
  • Familiarity with PowerShell scripting (Preferred)
