GIS Events 2025

GIS events season is a very busy time of year for us GIS experts. Our industry has maintained a great lineup of events over the years, from the ever-growing Esri UK Conference in London to the buzzing Northumbrian Water Innovation Festival in Newcastle.

Alas, with a small team, we can’t be everywhere all at once – so whether it be for a catch-up, an introduction, or a product demo, here are the GIS Events you can find us at this Spring/Summer:

Creating a More Sustainable Water Sector | 20th March | Manchester

Creating a more sustainable water conference- GIS events

We’re joining the effort to build a more resilient and sustainable water sector. We will be taking the stage to talk about our IPAS project at the conference, to explore how we, alongside industry leaders and policymakers, can collectively accelerate progress, address blockers, and discover new opportunities across the four key focus areas:

  • Embedding Sustainability into the Water Sector
  • Scaling-up Nature-Based Solutions in AMP8
  • Accelerating the Path to Net-Zero
  • Delivering Social Value and the Circular Economy

If you’re involved in water management, environmental sustainability, or infrastructure development, you should attend to contribute to and learn from discussions that are shaping the future of the water sector.

Esri UK Annual Conference | 13th May | QEII, London

Registration is open for the Annual Esri UK conference. THE premier event for GIS professionals; attendance should be a non-negotiable if you are wanting to enhance your experience with Esri ArcGIS Software, be in the know with emerging trends, or network with likeminded peers and experts.

We will be on Stand 7 ready for your questions!

LSBUD: Damage Prevention Day | 19th June | Burton Upon Trent

Our first time attending this event last year was a great success- so were coming back for more!

Returning to the Hilton at St George’s Park in Burton-On-Trent- LSBUD’s biggest event of the year is the only one to promote safe digging practices the prevention of damage to utility networks across the UK.

With our IPAS project coming towards it’s concept stage with multiple utility companies, this is is a fitting time to be engaging with events like this to show commitment to strike avoidance and safety.

This event is vital for anyone working in excavation, construction, or utility work, it is certain to provide crucial knowledge about minimising risk, and ensuring your safety at work.
