Leica Zeno Mobile One is a simple yet powerful Android application compatible with selected Android phones and tablets. Designed to simplify the user experience while offering a range of professional data capture features, Zeno Mobile One aims to enhance productivity in the field.

When paired with the Leica GG04 plus smart antenna, Zeno Mobile One achieves precise data capture, including points, lines, and polygons, with accuracy down to 1 centimetre, even in challenging GNSS environments.

How it works:

Device Flexibility

Zeno Mobile One runs on Android devices with version 5.0 or higher, embracing a Bring-Your-Own-Device (BYOD) approach. This allows users to choose from a variety of hardware platforms and customise their handheld solution according to their specific requirements, especially when combined with the FLX100 smart antenna.

Effortless Data Capture

The interface of Zeno Mobile One is user-friendly and intuitive, offering advanced functionality without extensive training. Different versions cater to diverse needs, supporting various GIS and CAD data formats for seamless import and export.

Time-saving Features

Zeno Mobile streamlines fieldwork by enabling swift data capture and on-the-fly project setup without additional software. Its multi-collect function facilitates the simultaneous capture of multiple features, while connectivity to external devices like cable locators boosts productivity.

Smart Antenna Integration

Utilising Bluetooth connectivity, the Leica GG04 plus smart antenna delivers high-precision GNSS positions. When paired with HxGN SmartNet technology, the GG04 plus achieves accuracies of up to 1 centimeter, empowering users to capture precise data virtually anywhere.

FAQS

Does the RTK system offer any improvement to surveys using the Mobile app and device or only for GNSS?

RTK can only improve the accuracy of the FLX100 plus/GG04 plus antennas when used with Zeno Mobile One. It is not possible to improve the accuracy of the internal GPS chips of the mobile device used.

What does this upgrade mean for customers on the previous version of Zeno Mobile?

Customers still with active CCP contracts can receive support up until the end of their contract.. Customers are encouraged to move to Zeno Mobile One as the subscription works out a bit cheaper than the annual CCP fee for Zeno Mobile.

The previous version of Zeno Mobile is no longer available for purchase by new customers. As the license is perpetual, existing customers can use it if they wish. There will however be no more bug fixes or new features released.

Can I import satellite image in Zeno Mobile One?

Satellite imagery can be imported via WMS/WMTS services. In a future release of Zeno Mobile One you will be able to import georeferenced raster files that could include satellite imagery. No timeline for this release at the moment.

Does ZM1 support cascading attributes?

These are not supported at the moment but are on the features wish list with no timelines for release just yet!
