Liverpool tech firm MGISS Appoints Technology Platform and Services Sales Manager

Liverpool, 13 April 2022 – MGISS, a multi-award-winning company that advises organisations in the smart use of geospatial data and technologies, is pleased to announce that Daniel Taylor joins the management team as Technology Platform and Services Sales Manager. Strong continued growth has seen an increase in the commercial presence of MGISS in the UK & Ireland and the appointment marks the commitment to further growth and development.

Dan, who joins MGISS with an extensive background in sales and commercial management in the technology services and SaaS sectors, will be responsible for growing recurring revenue through the execution of the growth strategy as part of the senior management team. As Technology Platform and Services Sales Manager, Dan will be growing the business through a combination of augmenting our client base across our key sectors and acquiring new clients through our innovative solution offering. Dan will bring his experience in achieving predictable revenue growth to further develop the commercial capability and expand our impact across our clients and sectors. He will work to enhance and build strategic relationships in our client base and supply chain to unlock value from the field to the boardroom.

He’s worked across many sectors and more recently in EdTech where he worked with leading global institutions to deliver increased value to students across the student journey. As a member of the executive team, he contributed to a profitable exit for investors. Dan will be based in the South-east with regular visits to the headquarters in Liverpool and to clients around the UK.
