Manhole Maintenance Software: Produce reports at the click of a button

Our field app-based manhole maintenance software is compatible with Android/iOS/Windows, configured with an STC25 form leveraging location services to record manhole positional information.

  • The web app contains a live map connected to your manhole survey data, so as soon as the inspection is submitted it will appear in the exact location in the web app.
  • Format to STC25 or any other format based on the captured data.
  • Capability to send reports from field to office offline if urgent action is needed.
  • Export manhole surveys in bulk to csv and shapefile at the click of a button.

Drawing Components

Drop photographic and illustrated diagrams right onto the manhole survey with the most convenient method for you. Features include:

  • Photo function to take a picture of the exact location with annotations, like arrows to locate approximate nearby assets, supporting chamber and connectivity sketches
  • Plan function to allow free-hand sketch for a basic representation of the manhole north up.
  • Smart shape feature that simplifies the drawn geometry into an ellipse, rectangle, or triangle.

 

Desktop Dashboard

The interactive dashboard gives you an access to all surveys in real time in graphic representation on the live map. In the dashboard you can:

  • Edit survey responses
  • Generate multiple reports
  • Use simple statistics tools
  • Filter your view based on attributes

The Output

Our manhole maintenance software generates a computerised report, meeting the required standards (e.g., STC25), with all the information there at your fingertips. When reports are processed on the dashboard, they are ready to download in PDF format.
