The duty of care to our clients and the
wellbeing of our staff is of utmost importance to MGISS, and well as to our
local and wider communities.
With the current concerns about Covid-19 and the evolving situation, we are writing to provide you with confidence that we have the appropriate continuity plans in place to minimise any risks and continue to provide the service you would expect from our teams.
MGISS also host an established, secure and fully scalable cloud platform that offers business continuity for our staff, and many of our customers. Should you require support within your business and operations with cloud-based GIS or data, please contact us and discuss your requirements. We may well be able to provide assistance.
All our staff are successfully home working and contactable either via our main office number or directly. That said, our team regularly work from home and remote locations so our communication systems and processes are already tried and tested
In terms of communicating with your contacts (sales, support,
admin, marketing, finance) at MGISS, please continue to use your normal forms of
communication such as email or telephone.
At MGISS we have access to a number of audio and video conferencing facilities including Microsoft Teams and Zoom. Our team also have considerable experience in delivering online training and support, services on which many of our customers already rely on.
We appreciate you will have your own contingency plans in place and you will have been considering our services as part of that. We want to offer our full and continued support during this time and hope that our established partnership can continue unaffected.
